I can’t help but wonder what it might sound like if XXXTentacion took these dark, gut-level thoughts a step further, from the knee-jerk documentation of rock bottom (as talented as he is at showing, not telling, how depression feels) to some kind of reckoning of his own part in all of this, and maybe even an attempt at contrition. And this, in turn, leads to the uncomfortable question as to whether that is what listeners really want from X anyway; does repentance ever make for art as vital as the kind born from seething, dizzying pain? Perhaps naively, I would like to think it is worth pursuing all the same.
Perhaps you have been assigned a comparative essay in class, or need to write a comprehensive comparative report for work. In order to write a stellar comparative essay, you have to start off by picking two subjects that have enough similarities and differences to be compared in a meaningful way, such as two sports teams or two systems of government. Once you have that, then you have to find at least two or three points of comparison and use research, facts, and well-organized paragraphs to impress and captivate your readers. Writing the comparative essay is an important skill that you will use many times throughout your scholastic career.
Other specifications on which this one depends are listed in References (§K) .
Descriptive paragraphs include details that appeal to the five senses: sight, taste, touch, smell, and hearing. In a descriptive paragraph, the writer must convey information that appeals to all the senses in order to give the best possible description to the reader. Descriptive paragraphs are commonly used in fiction and non-fiction writing to help immerse readers into the world of the author. Though there are no hard and fast rules for how exactly these paragraphs should be structured, there are several suggestions that can help you write an effective and appealing descriptive paragraph. Arquebuses were introduced to Japan in 1543 by Portuguese traders who landed by accident on Tanegashima , an island south of Kyūshū in the region controlled by the Shimazu clan . By 1550, arquebuses known as " tanegashima, teppō or hinawaju " were being produced in large numbers in Japan. The tanegashima seem to have utilized snap matchlocks based on firearms from Goa , India, which was captured by the Portuguese in 1510. Within ten years of its introduction upwards of three hundred thousand tanegashima were reported to have been manufactured. The tanegashima eventually became one of the most important weapons in Japan. Oda Nobunaga revolutionized musket tactics in Japan by splitting loaders and shooters and assigning three guns to a shooter at the Battle of Nagashino in 1575, during which volley may have been implemented. However the volley fire technique of 1575 has been called into dispute in recent years by . Elisonas and . Lamers in their translation of The Chronicle of Oda Nobunaga by Ota Gyuichi. In Lamers' Japonius he says that "whether or not Nobunaga actually operated with three rotating ranks cannot be determined on the basis of reliable evidence." They claim that the version of events describing volley fire was written several years after the battle, and an earlier account says to the contrary that guns were fired en masse. Even so, both Korean and Chinese sources note that Japanese gunners were making use of volley fire during the Japanese invasions of Korea from 1592–98. Tanegashima were widely used during Hideyoshi's unification of Japan and later the Japanese invasions of Korea in 1592.
